Daddi’s Pizza operates two locations: one in Myvatn and one in Reykjavik, Iceland. The Service allows you to place orders for pizzas and other products offered by Daddi’s Pizza for pickup or delivery.
2. Ordering
2.1 Order Placement
When placing an order through our website, you are required to select the correct location (Myvatn or Reykjavik) where you wish to pick up or have your order delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct location is selected before completing the order.
2.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Please review the confirmation carefully to ensure that all details, including the selected location, are correct. If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately.
2.3 Location Responsibility
Daddi’s Pizza is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by placing an order for the wrong location. In such cases, it is at the discretion of the customer to arrange for pickup at the correct location or to reorder from the correct location.
3. Payments
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept Teya as our payment gateway, which offers various online payment options. Additionally, customers can order pizzas for takeaway and pay in cash upon pickup.
3.2 Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you authorise Daddi’s Pizza to charge the payment method you provided for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and fees.
3.3 Payment Issues
In the event that your payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will be notified of the cancellation and may attempt to place the order again using a different payment method.
4. Delivery & Pickup
4.1 Delivery Services
Delivery services are available for orders within designated areas around Myvatn and Reykjavik. Delivery fees and estimated delivery times will be provided during the ordering process.
4.2 Pickup Services
Orders placed for pickup will be held at the selected location. You are responsible for picking up your order within a reasonable time after the scheduled pickup time.
4.3 Delivery Issues
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Daddi’s Pizza is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes after placement. To cancel an order, please contact the location where the order was placed as soon as possible.
5.2 Refunds
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Daddi’s Pizza. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used. Please allow 5 to 15 days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
6. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions
6.1 Allergen Information
Daddi’s Pizza takes food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee that our products are free of allergens due to potential cross-contamination.

If you have specific dietary preferences, such as vegan or gluten-free options, please check our menu or contact us directly for available options.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daddi’s Pizza shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to, damages for ordering from the wrong location, delayed delivery, or incorrect orders.
